عبقرية الإنسان والمكان، كانت وأصبحت وستظل سر تقدم مصر بين الأمم على مدار التاريخ.. ومازالت حضارة الفراعنة مبعث فخر واعتزاز للمصريين، ومصدر إبهار للعالم كله، تتوقف عنده العقول بالبحث والدرس؛ حيث تقف الأهرامات شامخةً.. تتكامل معها آثار الأجداد؛ لتنسج صورة أكثر إبداعًا وجذبًا تضيئ أرض «المحروسة» التى تحتضن المجرى الملاحي الأول والأعظم؛ ليربط بين الشرق والغرب..

واتساقًا مع تاريخ عريق؛ استهدافًا لمستقبل مشرق، وإدراكًا لمسئوليتها التاريخية، وباعتبارها عضوًا مؤسسًا بالبنك الآسيوي للاستثمار في البنية التحتية.. تحرص مصر على تعزيز شراكتها مع البنك الآسيوي التي تجلت فى مجالات عديدة مثل: محطة بنبان للطاقة الشمسية، ومشروعات الربط البينية الكهربائية، ومشروعات النقل أيضًا بما في ذلك خط مترو الأنفاق بالإسكندرية، والصرف الصحي بالريف، على نحو ساعد على توفير الآلاف من فرص العمل مع تحسين حياة الملايين.
وفى الاجتماعات السنوية للبنك الآسيوي للاستثمار في البنية التحتية التى تستضيفها مدينة شرم الشيخ لأول مرة فى أفريقيا يومي ٢٥، ٢٦ سبتمبر الحالى.. تمضى مصر فى مسارها الداعم لتعميق الشراكة بين آسيا وأفريقيا، من خلال توفير المزيد من الاستثمارات في البنية التحتية من أجل الإسهام في تطوير أرض ستصبح بعد آلاف السنين مسارًا متفردًا يربط الماضي والحاضر والمستقبل معًا.

We have the pyramids and other monuments that paint an attractive picture for the land of Egypt and on the banks of the River Nile that is a link between the East and the West.
 
The Egyptians will continue their achievements to enrich the human civilization and impress the world with unprecedented levels of development in all aspects of life to create "a new republic" that can reinforce inter-continental links.
 
This is part of its historical responsibility and in recognition of its great history and as a founding member of AIIB.
 
Egypt is keen to reinforce its partnership with AIIB and this is clear in different sectors such as the  Benban solar power plant, electric connection projects, the Alexandria-Abu Qir Metro Line, and the sanitary drainage in rural areas and in a way that create thousands of job opportunities to improve living conditions of citizens.
 
AIIB's meetings will be hosted by Sharm El-Sheikh city on 25-26 September for the first time in Africa. Egypt will use this event to continue its efforts aimed at reinforcing partnership between Asia and Africa through pumping more investments  into infrastructure projects and with the objective of developing a land that will – after thousands of years – become a connection between the past, the present and the future.
